My Mission
Twelve years ago, when I was diagnosed with menorrhagia (i.e. heavy periods) and uterine fibroids, I was shocked at the lack of information about these conditions. Five years later, before undergoing major surgery, that some women do not live through, I was very fearful and working in a toxic and unsupportive male-dominated corporate environment. This is what motivated me to start The Health Well. By training in holistic nutrition, I'm living the dream of helping other women thrive.
